and that's saying something, considering the competition (Just in the general neighborhood you've got Jasmine Deli and KinhDo, both of which are also amazing in their own way). Friendly service, delicious, cheap food, and fast takeout. I especially recommend the beef pho, which they provide as a "do-it-yourself" kit for takeout (broth, beef, veggies, noodles and seasoning all packed seperately) to make sure all the ingredients stay fresh on the ride home. For lunchtime you can get a big pork and veggie sandwich and an iced coffee for under $5! The only downsides are that they're closed Tuesdays, and packed every other day of the week. I have never tried anything with meat there but the tofu entrees were great and the entrees were priced for an "easy on the wallet" date. I almost felt like I was eating in another country because a lot of the clientelle were (I assume Vietnamese). Lots of ladies with really cute babies and polite people watching too.
